POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for driving the day-to-day efficiency and overall performance of the brokerage. This individual oversees office operations, supports agents, and ensures compliance across all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They are an effective communicator who takes ownership of systems, timelines, and the overall client experience. This is a full-time, in-office position.
