Nick Stanley is a Texas land professional, entrepreneur, and public servant whose career has been dedicated to helping landowners, energy companies, and developers maximize the value and potential of their land assets. As Co-Founder and Managing Member of Bluejack Resources, LLC, Nick has spent nearly 20 years representing oil and gas upstream and midstream operators, renewable energy developers, and surface and mineral owners in complex land transactions and projects across Texas and throughout the United States.

Today, Nick leverages that experience to serve buyers and sellers of farm, ranch, recreational, homes on acreage and rural properties throughout Texas. His deep understanding of land ownership, mineral rights, easements, title issues, energy development, and rural property valuation provides clients with a level of expertise rarely found in traditional real estate brokerage. Having negotiated directly with hundreds of landowners across Texas and rural communities throughout the country, Nick understands both the financial and personal considerations that accompany land ownership and transfer. Whether assisting families with generational land transitions, marketing ranch properties, evaluating investment opportunities, or navigating the complexities of mineral ownership, he brings a practical, landowner-focused approach built on experience, integrity, and results.

In addition to his business career, Nick previously served in the U.S. House of Representatives under Congresswoman Kay Granger and as Mayor of Aledo, Texas, reflecting his longstanding commitment to leadership, service, and the communities he calls home. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Nick is a native Texan, devoted husband, and proud father of three. His professional mission is simple: to help clients make informed decisions and achieve exceptional outcomes when buying, selling, developing, or stewarding their land.
