Kailey grew up in the Chicagoland area and is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin. Her global perspective and passion for learning led her to Dublin, Ireland, where she earned her master’s degree in finance—an experience that continues to shape her thoughtful, analytical approach to business and client advocacy.
Before real estate, Kailey built a successful 14-year career in medical device sales and marketing, working in high-pressure operating room environments where precision, preparation, and trust are paramount. That background sharpened her ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence and clarity. Today, she brings that same discipline and professionalism to real estate, earning her reputation as a trusted advisor, multi-million-dollar producer, and strong advocate for her clients at every stage of the transaction.
Kailey currently resides in Celina, Texas and will be relocating to Aledo this summer with her husband, Rob, their three children, and two dogs. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children at sporting events, and exploring local boutiques and community favorites.
