Candis Gleason brings a thoughtful, service-driven approach to real estate, shaped by a lifetime of experience across hospitality, business, and community leadership. A Texas native, Candis was born in Longview and raised in Dallas before spending years living and working across the country. Her journey ultimately led her back home to Fort Worth, where her roots, values, and lifestyle align naturally with the city.
Candis built an accomplished career in luxury hospitality management, holding leadership roles within five-star hotels, spas, and restaurants in Dallas, Denver, Telluride, and Maui. This background refined her attention to detail, discretion, and client care, all skills that translate seamlessly into real estate and allow her to deliver a highly curated, white-glove experience. After several successful years as a real estate agent in Colorado, Candis returned to Texas and joined The Ashton Agency, where her professionalism, market insight, and relationship-first mindset are a natural fit.
Candis’ connection to Fort Worth extends well beyond real estate. Her husband, Sean Gleason, CEO of the Professional Bull Riders (PBR), relocated the organization’s headquarters to the Fort Worth Stockyards in 2024, further anchoring their family in the heart of the city’s Western heritage. An ambassador of the Western lifestyle, Candis values faith, family, and freedom and is deeply committed to giving back. She is a Founding Board Member of the Grit and Grace Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering young women through leadership development and personal growth.
A proud mother of four grown children, Candis understands the importance of home as both a place and a legacy. Outside of work, she enjoys time on the golf course, cooking and entertaining, and pursuing adventure through surfing and snowboarding. Her well-rounded perspective, deep appreciation for community, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers alike throughout Fort Worth and beyond.
