Who We Want On Our Team
The Executive Assistant will be a trusted, integral partner to The Ashton Agency’s Broker/CEO and COO, playing a critical role in keeping their business, clients, and transactions running seamlessly. This position is the backbone of daily operations—providing high-level administrative, transactional, and client-facing support in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Our ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage complex workflows, and communicate confidently with clients and industry partners. You’ll work closely with leadership to coordinate transactions, oversee timelines, support listings and buyers, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
