Barbara Decker, a Fort Worth native, is deeply rooted in the community and has carved a distinguished path in the real estate industry. As a Cum Laude graduate from Auburn with a BS in nursing, Barbara initially pursued a career in healthcare. However, in 2008 her journey took a turn when she entered the real estate arena.
Barbara's expertise extends beyond the traditional role of a REALTOR; she has seamlessly transitioned into the position of Director of Operations and Transactions, showcasing her exceptional skills as an operations manager and transaction coordinator. Her journey began with making a mark as an agent, helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. Over the last fifteen years, Barbara has honed a concierge-level real estate system, characterized by actively listening, developing meaningful relationships, and collaborating with clients.
In her current role as Director of Operations and Transactions, Barbara brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Her ability to navigate transactions with calm and clarity sets her apart, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved. Outside the realm of real estate, Barbara is a devoted wife to her husband Donald, and together, they have two daughters, Linley and Caroline. Their shared love for exploration leads them to the Trinity Trail system, and they find joy in traveling and supporting local restaurants. Adding a touch of fur to their family, Barbara has an incredibly smart (and adorable) Australian Shepherd named Dottie.
